Katy Trail is excited to again partner with the Warsaw School District for the 2023/24 school year!
Warsaw Schools have joined with Katy Trail to offer medical, dental, and behavioral services at the schools. We will be at the Middle/High School on Wednesdays all day. At South Elementary on Fridays from 8:30 to 11:30 and North Elementary from Noon to 3:00 P.M.
Packets are available from the school nurse/office, or you may access the packet by using the below.
Katy Trail registration packets must be completed and on file with Katy Trail prior to any services rendered.
