Wildcat Pride Award for September 2023 - Chuck Allcorn
Chuck Allcorn has been selected as the Wildcat Pride Award for September 2023. This award is given to an individual and/or group that has shown dedication to the Warsaw R-IX School District through involvement in activities, contributions to the programs, and positive impact made towards our students and staff. Chuck has taken great pride in the Warsaw R-IX School District and also the Warsaw community.
Chuck was one of the community members on the CSIP committee. He attended every meeting and contributed to a lot of great ideas. Through this committee, Chuck has learned about different ways to help the school district. With Chuck’s many connections to different organizations, he has helped organize the circus trip for our elementary classes, set up screenings for medical and vision for our students, set up the new teacher luncheon at Hawthorn Bank, and helped with Hawthorn Bank being one of the sponsors for Staff Member of the Month.
Chuck is always willing to help whenever possible. When we were looking for a location for our board retreat in July, Chuck was able to open the bank in the evening for us to have our training.
