The 2026-2027 school year is almost here! Whether you're a returning student or new to the district, be sure to check out these important dates and information to help you start the year off strong.
New Student Enrollment
Families with students who are new to the Warsaw R-IX School District (PreK-12) are invited to attend our New Student Enrollment event at Warsaw High School on:
Wednesday, August 12 | 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
We strongly encourage new families to attend this dedicated enrollment day to complete the registration process before the start of the school year.
If you are unable to attend our dedicated New Student Enrollment event on August 12, you may also enroll at Returning Student Registration at Warsaw High School on Thursday, August 13, and Friday, August 14, or during open office hours at your student's school Monday, August 17, through Friday, August 21, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. While we are happy to assist new families during Returning Student Registration, wait times may be longer and individualized assistance may be limited.
Please Note: Office hours are subject to change. For the most up-to-date office hours, please visit our website, the Warsaw R-IX Facebook page, or contact your student's school office to schedule an appointment.
Please bring the following documents to enroll your student:
Two (2) current forms of proof of residency, including:
One (1) current utility bill and
One (1) of the following:
Property tax statement
Real estate contract
Legal property description
Rental agreement or receipt
Loan agreement

Current immunization record (Missouri law requires all students to have up-to-date immunization records on file.)
Court documents, if applicable (guardianship paperwork, divorce decree, ex parte order, etc.)
Returning Student Registration
We are excited to offer Centralized Enrollment for returning families this year!
No matter which school your child attends, you can complete registration for all returning Warsaw R-IX students in grades K-12 in one convenient location.
Returning Student Registration will be held at Warsaw High School on:
Thursday, August 13 | 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Friday, August 14 | 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
We strongly encourage returning families to attend one of these dedicated registration days. Completing your paperwork in advance will help make the first week of school run smoothly and allow you and your child to utilize the Open House for meeting your teacher and touring your building.
High School Families: Please complete the registration packet that was mailed to your student’s primary address this summer and bring it with you during Centralized Enrollment. If you did not receive a packet, simply stop by during one of the registration days to complete your student's enrollment paperwork.
