Warsaw R-IX School District

After driving our side roads after the temps started to drop and seeing the refreezing on some of those roads, Warsaw R-IX will not be in session tomorrow, Jan. 28th. This will be AMI DAY #3. We hope to not use snow routes on Thursday, but please review them in case.

👉🏼There will be no youth practices until school is back in session.

Bringing equations to life! ✖️➗🟰 To introduce Linear Functions, WHS math students in Mrs. Laramie's class participated in 'The Living Graph.' Students used a floor-sized coordinate plane to physically 'walk the graph' of given functions. Each student acted as the 'Input' and used the rule to find the output. Instead of just memorizing rules, students physically moved along the x and y axes to demonstrate how functions work. This activity helps build a strong visual memory of slope and intercepts before they ever pick up a pencil! #WildcatTradition #MathFun #RealLifeEquations

Thursday locations are listed as TBD and will be updated after Wednesday’s games. This allows Lakeland the opportunity to play at home if not facing Osceola. If Lakeland hosts an opposing team, Lakeland will serve as the home team for scorekeeping purposes.
